This perfect-for-house-guests casserole can be assembled the night before to make your morning breakfast easy. After covering with plastic wrap, refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before baking.

5 slices PC L'Européenne Bread - Rustic White
1 tub (340 g) PC Cheddar & Bacon Dip
1 cup (250 mL) PC Frozen Peaches & Cream Corn
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) PC 1-Year Old Canadian White Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
6 egg
1 cup (250 mL) 2% milk


  1. Grease 13 X 9-inch (3 L) glass baking dish.
  2. Cut bread into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes. Place on baking sheet. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to dry slightly.
  3. Layer half of bread into prepared dish. In bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and dip; pour half over bread. Sprinkle with corn and 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the Cheddar. Top with remaining bread and remaining egg mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350° (180°C).
  5. Remove plastic wrap. Bake in centre of oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden and knife inserted 2 inches (5 cm) from edge of dish comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Chef's Tips

Serve with PC Peameal Bacon, if desired.
