  1. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) Memories sauce. Seal bag and turn to coat chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in large bowl, toss potatoes, oil and grinder. Place 24 inch (60 cm) length heavy-duty foil on counter. Place potato mixture on one half of foil. Fold foil over potatoes to make a pouch; fold edges of foil together twice on each of the three open sides to seal. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Place potato pouch on one half of grill. Place chicken on other half of grill skin side up, discarding bag and sauce remaining in it. Close lid. Cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Cook chicken for 15 minutes; turn chicken and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, basting frequently with remaining 1/4 cup (50 mL) Memories sauce, or until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Serve with tossed salad and extra Memories sauce for dipping, if desired.

Chef's Tips

If potatoes are done before chicken, they will stay warm in the packet if you keep it sealed. Or if your barbecue has a top warming rack, transfer the pouch to the rack while the chicken finishes cooking.
