Cheddar and mango chutney are a classic sandwich combination. We’ve given it an Indian twist by using naan bread and our new Memories Curried Mango sauce.

1 pkg (250 g) PC Indian Naan Flatbread - Whole Grain
1 cup (250 mL) shredded PC 1-Year Old Canadian White Cheddar Cheese
3 tbsp (45 mL) PC MEMORIES OF of Bengal Curried Mango Sauce
2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped fresh dill


  1. Preheat sandwich press.
  2. Place one piece of naan on sandwich press, flat side down. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with dill. Top with other piece of naan bread, flat side up. Close press. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Transfer to cutting board to cool slightly. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.



Chef's Tips

Use chopped fresh coriander in place of dill.
