1 cup (250 mL) PC Blue Menu Finesse Plain Yogurt
3 tbsp (45 mL) PC Dill fresh frozen chopped
1 tsp (5 mL) finely grated lemon rind
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 green onion, white and light green parts only, finely chopped
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground PC Sea Salt Grinder


  1. In bowl, stir together yogurt, dill, lemon rind, garlic, green onion and salt. Cover bowl. Chill for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with crudités, such as sweet pepper strips, Belgian endive leaves and sliced cucumber, and/or with wedges of PC Indian Naan Flatbread- Whole Grain.
